Please contact Customer Service, within 15 days, at or (800) 262-8799 for a return authorization number at which time the return address will be provided. We can not be responsible for any items returned without the RA number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of package. No refund or credit will be issued for freight, handling charge or items lost or damaged in transit, so consider shipping with a carrier that offers insurance and the ability to trace your shipment. We can not accept returns sent COD or freight collect. All Returns are subject to inspection for determination of marketability and may be subject to a 15% processing fee. All Items returned must be in their original packaging with all of the original contents intact. We can not accept for return electronics, equipment with electronic components, electrical Items, personal use items, products made for consumption or cut items.
