Due to escalating fuel and freight costs and in order to continue to provide you with the excellent level of service you have become accustomed to, we find that we must increase our handling fee from $5.00 per order to $8.00 per order, effective December 1st, 2008.

As boaters ourselves we realize that when you need a part you need it NOW. Therefore, we promise to make every effort to ship your order the same day we get it. This is contingent on stock status and carriers’ pick up schedules. We can not control time in transit, so if an item is urgent, please consider expedited shipping (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) for an additional fee.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery is considered any form of shipment at BOW's discretion and could include UPS Ground, United States Postal Service or any other common carrier..

HANDLING FEE
All orders will be subject to a $8.00 handling fee. This fee is charged regardless of freight charges.

FREE FREIGHT LIMITATIONS
Free Freight is available to addresses within the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. territories and possessions excluded) for orders shipped VIA standard delivery. There is no minimum order required for free freight but some items will not qualify due to UPS weight or size restrictions also any orders which include one or more gallons of liquid (cumulative total) will not qualify. Freight charges for orders that are oversize, overweight, or contain gallons of liquids will be billed on a seperate invoice.

Customer will be responsible for freight on items drop shipped from manufacturers as well as any inbound freight charges for special order items.

All appliances are shipped VIA motor freight.
