Strongly made with only one moving part. Base plate is one piece with a heavy duty locating bar, instead of the pin used in other brands. The solid end of the tube has four way locating slots. The desired position is obtained by lifting and rotating the tube. When the tube is removed, nothing projects, so the deck is unobstructed. Chrome plated brass. 1-1/4" tube, 1.115 ID tube.
